I finished my 4th exterior painting project in the Del Webb retirement community located in Fishers / Fortville. I found a few good days fortunately and that is all I needed. I painted all the exterior trim and spray painted the garage door. I will now move indoors for the next four to five months.
Note: I did not take any photos because they look like the other three.

Noblesville exterior trim
Fishers large exterior project
I completed a large home in Fishers. It included prepping and painting all the wood trim, applying two coats to 12 shutters, and spraying out the large car garage door. I also repaired a small hole in a corner soffit area and matched and painted a few pieces of vinyl siding. Two sides of the house had high peaks and I had to extend my 28 footer all the way to the top.

Fishers shutters
I finished a very small job in Fishers - 4 shutters and 1 window frame. I applied two coats of Lowes Valspar exterior paint in a reddish orange semi-gloss finish.
There was a 10% chance of rain that day and wouldn't you know we received a light rain shower just as I was finishing. It doesn't take long for the paint to set up and as long as you don't get a pounding rain, normally you are okay (if latex.)

Fishers Interior Rooms for Repeat Customer
I completed various interior rooms for a customer I have done work for before. This time I completed her laundry room, basement stairwell, hallway, entryway, and a sitting area leading to her deck. I used five gallons of Sherwin Williams Duration Home in a "Matte" finish and applied two coats. It took me 4 days.
