Fully Loaded Truck

I used all my ladders in my last project. On the truck is a 32', 28', 24' extension ladders, and a 8' step ladder. I needed all of them to get to the peaks and hard to reach areas.

Fishers Upper Peaks

Just completed the upper trim for a customer. The peaks were very difficult to reach because of double peaks and the roof pitch. I was able to reach most of the difficult areas with a 28'extension ladder on the siding or laying directly on the roof.

I used Sherwin Williams Exterior Duration going from a light yellow to a extra white and it covered in one coat. The key to painting the rough cedar is using a 4.5" whiz roller and a 2.5" brush. I always used a tool to keep paint off the shingles and the siding by sliding the tool under the shingles and the crack between the vinyl siding and the cedar trim.

Indianapolis exterior trim - Rogers

Just completed a large exterior trim job in Indianapolis. The customer had some rotting wood that they replaced and wanted to get another coat of primer and high quality paint on all the trim. I used Sherwin Williams Duration Acrylic latex that is much thicker than normal paint and really protects the wood. ( Read a review from Consumer Reports). I also painted 3 large dormers and the back screened in porch.

This was a particularly difficult job because of the height of the peaks and the roof pitch. My 32' extension ladder would not reach the front peak safely so I had to use a brush holder and extension pole. Also, the front dormers were on a steep roof so I could not use my pivit ladder levelers, and the gutters were higher than the roof line so I could not lay a ladder from the drive way because of possible damage to the gutters. I pulled up my truck and put my 24' extension ladder in the bed so I could drop the ladder on the roof and off the gutters. I should have gotten a picture of this.

Indigo Lake Home

I painted the entire inside of a recently vacated house in Indigo Lake Subdivision in Fishers. Below are photos of some of the rooms. A renter had lived there for 7 years and I was preparing it for the next renter. The walls needed a lot of prep including repairing several holes. Some of the rooms required two coats, but I painted most of the walls with one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 - eggshell sheen. I used a 14" roller for the bonus room, entryway, hallway, and great room.

Fishers Large Exterior House - Perry

Fishers Painting Company and Tim's Quality Painting painted the trim and front porch area of this large beautiful home in Fishers. We used Sherwin Williams exterior "Resilience" paint with an eggshell sheen. We used a lot of extension ladders including both a 32' and 28' extension ladder to reach the chimney and higher peaks.

Some of the trim needed a lot of preparation including repairing some of the rotting wood.
