Fishers rental spruce up

A repeat customer of mine called and asked me to spruce up some of the walls in his rental house before he put on the market. I applied a gallon of Sherwin Williams A400 interior paint in a flat finish that was the same color as before.

I finished another small painting project on Tuesday for a previous customer.  It included a small bedroom, kitchen, and breakfast eating area.  I applied two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Acrylic Interior paint in an eg-shell finish.

Fishers shutters and front door

Ryan helped me again with a spraying project. We sprayed out the front door and four shutters on a house in Fishers. I had to paint out four additional shutters because they were attached to a brick front and the rubber screws do not remove easily.

Fishers Pergola

I stained a pergola on Tuesday. I thought about spraying, but there is so much open space on a pergola that I end up using so much stain. Also, I was very conscious of over spray on the house and patio. Unfortunately, the pergola was in the sun most of the day so had to contend with that. It wasn't too hot though and was able to complete.

Fishers large car garage door finished

I sprayed out a large garage door last week. It took longer to set up and clean the sprayer than it did to spray out the door. I used Sherwin Williams SuperPaint in a satin finish.  It looked like glass when I was finished.

I just finished PetSuites cat room walls. I used ProMar 200 (eg-shell) with no VOC so the cats were not bothered with any paint smell. About a month ago I painted their shutters.

I finished another interior painting job on Wednesday that included the walls and trim. I applied two coats of Sherwin Williams "Promar 200" brand in an eg-shell finish and an Olympic trim paint in a semi-gloss.  One of the walls in the master bedroom was a very rich purple as you can see in the photo below.

I completed the following rooms.

• Master bathroom and water closet
• Master bathroom closet
