Finished a two story house last week - again very hot

Finished another house in Fishers last Tuesday. It took me five days including pressure washing, preparation, replacing rotting fascia board, painting, and spraying. Used three gallons of Sherwin Williams top of the line exterior paint called Emerald.

Steps:
  1. Pressure washed all the wood trim. Let dry for one day;
  2. Scraped, caulked, and primed;
  3. Applied 3 gallons of paint on all the wood trim, gutters, and garage steel door;
  4. Cleaned up and did a walk-through with customer.
Challenges:
  • A lot of preparation including scraping, feathering, and caulking;
  • Replaced a rotting board on a high peak tucked back on the roof line;
  • Very high peaks and some tough roof lines.
